Sales Administrator
We’re looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.
This is a Full-Time, Hourly position.
About the Sales Administrator:
The Sales Administrator provides the key link between our customers and the ECR Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely generation of sales quotations
- Effectively communicate details of customer orders to various internal teams to ensure all requirements are met
- Assist with the preparation of RFP
- Sourcing out vendor pricing
- Process Sales Orders
- Special projects as required
- Must be results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
Attributes, Skills and Knowledge:
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience working in a customer facing sales and/or service role
- Must possess excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize with tight deadlines
- Strong computer skills including advanced Microsoft Word and Excel
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Post Secondary Education - Technical Degree/Diploma would be an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset.

This position works out of our Ottawa, Ontario location. Hours are typically Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
